Inspired by the kitchens of northern Italy in winter. Three courses, shared, the kind of big family lunch we want to eat. Porchetta, truffle when we can get it, and the depth of the season. $98 per person.

ESSA Test Kitchen x Ekka
A one-night Test Kitchen inspired by the Ekka. There may or may not be ESSA's signature dagwood dogs (Rob's on pork and scallop this year). The night before we close for People's Day.

Sunday School: Father's Day
A Sunday that runs a little differently. A beer for Dad on arrival, steak, and the only day of the year you'll find chips on the menu, plus a few Father's Day add-ons. Best with a big group around the table. $98 per person.
❋ EVERY WEDNESDAY
Test Kitchen
The kitchen team takes the room. Five plates built around what's best that week, their call. Five shared plates, $68 per person. No Test Kitchen on the 12th, we're closed for the Ekka holiday.
