Sommelier/Senior Waiter

We're seeking a wine professional who can shape the guest experience through a considered and complementary beverage offering.
You will lead the wine team during high-intensity, energetic services, with the ability to curate guest experiences through wine selection, pairings, service delivery and mentoring junior staff.
The ability to operate independently as a senior waiter, when required, is essential.
Grill Chef
