We cook simply but deliberately. Every dish starts with ingredients from farmers and producers we know by name… vegetables pulled from local soil, seafood from our coast, meat we’ve patiently dry-aged in-house.

It’s not fine dining, but it’s not casual either. It’s just ESSA: thoughtful food, cooked well, shared with people who care.

Our menus change with the seasons. Come for a snack and a glass of wine at the bar, or stay for the full banquet…. we’ll look after you either way.
