This menu encourages exploration and experimentation with seasonal ingredients, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration within the kitchen. Each week, chefs will design and present five distinctive plates that not only highlights their cooking style but also emphasizes the freshness and flavour of locally sourced, seasonal produce.
