This week its Five Chefs Five Plates like normal but Ricky Evans from Two Tonne Tasmania winery is in town and he's taking over the wine list for the night.

With a free public wine tasting from 5pm-6pm and when that's done he'll make his way round the restaurant to pass on his knowledge and talk winemaking in Tasmania.
